Ingredients:- White cabbage 300 g
- Onions 1 pc.
- Potatoes 2 pcs.
- Carrot 1 pc.
- Tomato paste 70g
- Water 100 ml
- Salt 3 pinch
- Sunflower refined sunflower oil 5 tbsp. l.
- Vegetable seasoning 2 pinch
- Step 1 You will need: cabbage, carrots, onions, potatoes, vegetable oil, tomato paste, water and salt, vegetable seasoning or dried herbs that you like.
- Step 2 Peel and cut: cabbage and carrot straws, onion half rings, and potatoes diced. Cabbage salted and mashed up, until the juice is isolated.
- Step 3 Pour the vegetable oil over the heated frying pan and add the squeezed cabbage. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Step 4 Add the onions and carrots, stir and cover, continue to simmer for 5 minutes.
