To quickly cook puree from cabbage, do the following: 1. Wash all vegetables, dry, chop them roughly in the same pieces. 2. To make mashed potatoes from cabbage you will need a saucepan with a thick bottom. Pour olive oil in the saucepan, warm well and pass on it finely chopped onions and garlic until transparent. 3. Pour 400 ml of water into the saucepan, add all the vegetables diced, salt, spices and cook over medium heat for 15-20 minutes until cooked. 4. Fold the prepared vegetables on the sieve, cool slightly. 5. Use a blender to make mashed cabbage. To get the puree of the desired consistency, put all the vegetables in the blender, and gradually add the broth in which the vegetables were cooked. Once the consistency will suit you - stop adding broth. 6. Decorate the mashed potatoes with parsley. Preparation of puree from cabbage will take you 30-35 minutes. Good luck!
