These are our ingredients, necessary for the preparation of Caprese cake. Notice how few of them are unusual for a cake :) The first thing we'll do is chop our almonds in the combine. Not into powder - just to small pieces. Pieces of chocolate and butter are put in a saucepan. We put it on the fire and melt it. Whisk egg yolks with sugar. When the melted chocolate-creamy mass will cool a little, mix it with slices of almonds and beaten yolks. It will be something like this. Whisk the whites into a foam with a little salt. Beat for 3-4 minutes with a mixer. Mix the whipped proteins with the almond-chocolate mixture. It should look like this. We take a baking mold with a diameter of about 22 cm, cover with parchment paper, grease with butter. We put our dough in shape and bake for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees. Ready cake is cooled and served. Pleasant!
