Everything is very simple, tasty and useful - this dish is perfectly balanced and does not require much time for cooking, besides it is stored for a long time (in an airtight container in a cold place for up to 2 weeks). Ingredients:- Dates of cured 600 g
- Olive oil 1 tbsp. l.
- Almonds 1 tbsp.
- Oat flakes 1 tbsp.
- Step 1 To prepare the dessert you will need: dates (I have dried, but preferably fresh juicy fruits), almonds or other nuts, oat flakes and vegetable oil without a smell.
- Step 2 Grind oat flakes in a coffee grinder or mill.
- Step 3 Almonds are also ground, pre-fried in a pan (to enhance the nutty taste).
- Step 4 Pour in the bowl of ground nuts and cereal, stir.
- Step 5 Prepare the dates. If they are wet and juicy, then it's enough to extract the stone. If the dates are dry, then it is desirable to soak for 30 minutes in hot water.
- Step 6 Then grind the dates in the blender until smooth.
- Step 7 Add to the nut-and-oat mixture 1/4 part of the puree and olive oil, mix thoroughly.
- Step 8 Take the form and lay out the nut-and-oat mixture, gently level the layer with a spatula (leave 2 tbsp of the mixture for decoration).
- Step 9 Then evenly distribute the puree.
- Step 10 Top with the rest of the crumb.
- Step 11 Then send it to the refrigerator or freezer for a couple of hours before cooling, cut into squares and decorate with nuts. Store in a refrigerator in a sealed container.
