Ripe fruit avocado cleanse from the stone and peel. Puree the avocado with a fork, but not until the consistency of mashed potatoes, but lightly. We peel the tomatoes from the peel, salt and pepper, add a little chopped cilantro. Stir, let the liquid drain. Put the tomatoes on top of the first layer. Canned tuna slightly mash with a fork and spread over tomatoes. Salad ready!
