In a small frying pan heat the butter and alternately fry pancakes from zucchini. Just spread about one and a half tablespoons, spread on a frying pan and fry from both sides. We put the baked zucchini pancakes in a pile. We prepare "cream", which will fasten our pancakes: mix sour cream with mayonnaise, add the squeezed garlic and grated cheese. We mix. If desired, you can add greens to the cream. Now we form a cake - we put pancake, we spread cream on it, pancakes on top, cream, and so on until the pancakes run out.
