Cheerful Turtle Cake A cake is prepared from lightened biscuit with mint and cream from boiled condensed milk with sour cream and butter. Ingredients for the cake are available and the way of cooking is pretty simple. On the Internet, these recipes are not too different from each other. Almost everywhere, dough with cocoa and cream sour cream. As usual, it's boring for me to repeat someone's recipe, and not from the best options ... There was a "Turtle" cake in the table of orders and now we have our own Turtle, but our turtle, green and near the water. For this I made an "exit photo session" in the forest. Ingredients:- Wheat flour 320 g
- Eggs chicken 6 pcs.
- Sugar 225g
- Mint fresh 10 g
- Lemon 1 pc.
- Salt 1 pinch
- Baking Powder 0.5 tsp.
- Butter 250 g
- Boiled Condensed Milk 400g
- Sour cream 250 g
- Confiture strawberry 2 tbsp. l.
- Colored Pills 80g
- Step 1 Prepare the ingredients: flour, baking powder, sugar, sour cream 35% fat, eggs, butter, boiled condensed milk, lemon, fresh mint.
- Step 2 Beat the mixer at a high speed egg with sugar and a pinch of salt for about 5 minutes.
- Step 3 In the resulting light, light egg mass, add the flour mixed with the baking powder.
- Step 4 From the sprigs of mint we use only leaves. We cut it and together with a couple of spoons of egg mass, we rub it.
- Step 5 Add the mint mashed potatoes to the egg mass.
- Step 6 Stir and add the lemon zest.
- Step 7 On the baking sheet lined with baking paper, spread the dough with a tablespoon, making circles up to 5 cm in diameter. Bake in preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 8 minutes. Let's free it from paper and cool it.
- Step 8 Mix the butter with a mixer and add the condensed milk to it. We mix it.
- Step 9 Whip the cold sour cream into the spikes.
- Step 10 Add sour cream to the cream and mix with a mixer until smooth.
- Step 11 We trim the cookies on the sides, giving the shape of a 6-decagon. 4 slightly oblong cookies and 1 round left for the legs and head.
- Step 12 The round shape is covered with food film. We spread cookies on the bottom and walls, as an ornament.
- Step 13 We put half of the cream on the biscuits.
- Step 14 From above distribute the cuttings of the cookie.
- Step 15 Spread the second half of the cream. On top, cover the cream with the rest of the cookies. Cover with a food film and put it well with your hand so that the cookie is enough to enter the cream.
- Step 16 Put on the plate with the load. We clean in the refrigerator for at least 8 hours.
- Step 17 Turn the cake over the dish, release the film. We will insert the legs and head, which were postponed earlier.
- Step 18 We will decorate with sweets (colored pellets), inserting them into the cream along the circumference of the biscuit. You can additionally decorate at will. Bon Appetit!
