Well, I just will not talk about the benefit of this jam, because the benefits are slightly more than obvious :) So, the recipe for jam from ginger: 1. Peel the ginger root and cut into thin slices. 2. Pour ginger water, soak three days a day, three times a day, changing the water. 3. From the water and sugar weld a thick syrup, put in it slices of soaked ginger. Cook on low heat for 5 minutes. 4. Cool, leave for 2 hours and boil for 5 minutes. 5. Repeat the procedure again, adding honey and pectin. 6. Prepared jam from ginger to cool, decompose into jars and store in the refrigerator. I recommend that the prepared jam be ground with a blender to obtain a homogeneous mass. Very good syrup to cook on orange juice.
