Nourishing soup Very interesting and tasty soup. "Fried" it was called because all the ingredients of the soup: potatoes, carrots, onions, flour before frying in soup is fried. As a result of such manipulations, carrots and onions give all their aromas to butter, and the soup with such oil becomes very fragrant. And the fried potatoes get a special taste in it. Perfectly complements such soup dressing from sour cream and flour - the soup becomes rich, thick, tasty!
Ingredients:- Potatoes 4 pcs.
- Carrot 1 pc.
- Onions 1 pc.
- Sour cream 5 tbsp. l.
- Wheat flour 4 tbsp. l.
- Bay leaf 4 pcs.
- Sunflower refined sunflower oil 50 ml
- Salt 1 tbsp. l.
- Pepper black ground 1 pinch
- Water 2.5 l
- Garlic 4 denticles
- Step 1 To make soup, we need potatoes, carrots, onions, garlic, sour cream, flour, salt, pepper, bay leaf, sunflower oil.
- Step 2 Peel the potatoes, cut into cubes and fry in vegetable oil until half cooked and crust appears on top.
- Step 3 In a pot of boiling water, throw the prepared potatoes and chopped garlic. Salt to taste.
- Step 4 Carrots are cleaned, grated on a coarse grater and put out on sunflower oil for 2 minutes.
- Step 5 Add the fried carrots to the boiling soup.
- Step 6 Peel the onion, cut into cubes and fry in vegetable oil until half cooked. Add the onions to the boiling soup.
- Step 7 Fry the flour on medium heat in a dry frying pan until slightly creamy, stirring constantly.
- Step 8 Cool the flour. Add 0.5 cups of water and sour cream. Grind into a homogeneous mass.
- Step 9 Add the sour-cream refueling to the soup. Add the bay leaf. Boil 2 minutes. Leave the bay leaves.
- Step 10 When serving, sprinkle the soup with herbs and freshly ground pepper.
