To begin with, chicken fillets are cut into small pieces (such that one piece is quietly placed in the mouth) pieces and fry in vegetable oil until cooked. It's literally 3-4 minutes. Again 3-4 minutes, until readiness. We put fried pieces of chicken, sour cream, lemon juice, mustard and spices into the blender bowl. Grind to the state of a homogeneous cream sauce.
