- puff yeast dough - 250 Grams (ingredients for pie :)

- tomato paste - 150 grams

Cut the cheese into small cubes. Finely chop the onions. Clean, rinse the mushrooms and fry along with the onion in a frying pan in a small amount of vegetable oil. Mix with tomato paste egg, add mayonnaise and flour, mix well. Chop fillets of pollock. Thinly roll the yeast dough. Distribute on a tray. On top of the test put a layer of pollock, then mushrooms and onions. Sprinkle with grated cheese and pour the sauce. Bake in the oven until cooked.
