- carrot - 2 pieces
- acetic essence - 4 teaspoons (80%)
- water - 1 liter (ingredients for marinade :)
- salt - 20 Grams
- sugar - 30 Grams
Hold the carrots for 5 minutes in boiling water before putting them in a jar. Put all the spices and vegetables in a 3 l jar, add the vinegar and pour the marinade (pre-mixing all the necessary ingredients). Then sterilize the workpiece for about 15 minutes. Store in a cool, dark place.
