Until the nineteenth century, while a French gardener could not get the seeds and grow his own cabbage, they had to be imported from warmer countries. This was quite expensive, so the dishes from cauliflower were only available to wealthy people. Now we are ready to cook cauliflower with potatoes - the same "foreigner" for our country, everyone can afford. This dish can not be called exotic, but because it does not become less tasty and useful. Perhaps the most remarkable property of cauliflower is its ability to regularly reduce the risk of developing prostate cancer and breast cancer. Ingredients:- Colored cabbage 0.5 pcs.
- Potatoes 8 pcs.
- Broth of vegetable 400 ml
- Onions 1 pc.
- Garlic 2 cloves
