Remove the hard top leaves of our cabbage. We cut cabbage into quarters, cut out the core. Half a cabbage thinly shred and slightly rubbed with fingers to make the cabbage softer and gave juice. As thin as possible cut half the red onion. Radish cut into thin plates. Mix the wine vinegar, salt, pepper, olive oil and finely chopped sage. We mix cabbage, radish, onion and dressing.
