Since the dish is not Russian, I show all the necessary ingredients for clarity. Egg noodles are thrown into boiling water, boil for 2 minutes. We merge water, we throw it back in a colander. Noodles should not stick together, but on the contrary, be very friable. In a wok on a strong fire, warm up a little oil. We put in the oil finely chopped garlic, fry for 1 minute, stirring. Add the noodles to the wok. Immediately pour in soy sauce, mix and cook on a quick fire for 2 minutes. Then add the bean sprouts. And green onions. Stir, fry for about 2 minutes - and remove from heat. Do not salt it - the soy sauce is salty enough. Before serving, if desired, sprinkle with sesame seeds - it will be more beautiful.
