The recipe for chebureks with pork forcemeat for a cheburek, or, more simply, a pie from an unleavened dough is often stuffed with minced meat, spicy seasonings and fried in oil. Sometimes as a filling use cheese, potatoes, mushrooms, cabbage, eggs with onions and rice. Cheburek has long been considered a common Soviet food of some Asian origin. Now it's hard to say who the ancestor of this dish is and it's not so important. The important thing is that we all love chebureks and are too lazy to cook them. Completely in vain. This process is not at all complicated, although there are some nuances that we tried to set out in this recipe the preparation of a cheburek from a dough . The main thing in chebureks is its filling. In our case - pork forcemeat, it must be liquid, for this it is diluted with water. So the cheburek will turn out juicy. And remember, there are no more delicious homemade chebureks!
Ingredients:- Wheat flour 3 tbsp.
- Water boiled 0.75 tbsp.
- Sunflower refined sunflower oil 100 ml
- Salt 1 tsp.
- Pork pulp 400g
- Onions 1 pc.
- Water boiled 4 tbsp. l.
- Mixture of hops-suneli 0.5 tsp.
- Basil dry 0.5 tsp.
- Salt 1 tsp.
- Pepper black ground 1 pinch
- Step 1 For the preparation of chebureks, take pork goulash, medium sized onion, two glasses of flour, a glass of boiled water at room temperature, sunflower oil and spices.
- Step 2 In a deep bowl, pour 2 cups of flour, 2/3 cups of water, a pinch of salt. Stir the ingredients with a spoon.
- Step 3 Sprinkle the workbench with flour, lay out the dough and then mix it with your hands to a steep condition. About three minutes.
- Step 4 Pass meat and onions through the meat grinder. Add salt to taste and spice. We added dried basil, black ground pepper and a mixture of hops-suneli. Pork take with layers of fat or even add a little fat.
