We peel the potatoes, and set to cook for mashed potatoes. When the potatoes are ready, merge the water, but not all! Thick. In the mashed potatoes we add cream and spices. Rinse with a blender until a homogeneous liquid mass, if it turns out too thickly, dilute with water, put back on medium heat and add grated cheese on a medium grater. As soon as the soup begins to boil, turn off the fire and add fresh greens. Done!
