Let's start with the preparation of the cream. For the cream, we mix the melted white chocolate (you can melt it even in a microwave oven) with condensed milk. We also add cream cheese, mix well. Task number two is to make a biscuit. We beat the eggs with sugar with a mixer for about 10 minutes. The formula of the mixture will increase by a factor of three, pour in the flour and starch. The resulting mixture is put into a baking dish and baked for 30 minutes at 190 degrees. Now we prepare the jam. Gelatin is diluted in a glass of cold water. In 100 ml melt a glass of sugar, that is - we prepare sugar syrup. Then add the sugared swollen gelatin and small cubes of sliced fruit. Cook for about 15 minutes until the desired consistency, then remove from heat and let cool. Biscuit cut into cakes.
