To make this cake you can use both fresh cherries and frozen ones. Preparation: Lubricate the form with a low side butter and leave to the side. Rinse the butter and 100 g of sugar in a bowl. Stir the sugar and eggs into a thick foam, add crushed nuts, grated lemon zest, cinnamon and flour. Mix all the ingredients until a homogeneous consistency is obtained and add the cherry and mix so that it is evenly distributed throughout the test. Put the dough in the mold. Place the form in the oven and bake the cake for 25-30 minutes at a temperature of 180-200 degrees. Allow the cake to cool and, if desired, decorate with cherry jam.
