Yolks with the second half of sugar are combined with boiling water and beat until thick foam is obtained. We connect the proteins and yolks. Oat flakes are dried in a frying pan until golden brown. In the resulting egg mass with continuous whipping add flour and oat flakes. Few flakes are left for decoration. We put the prepared mass in a greased form and bake at a temperature of 240-250 degrees. Ready cake is released from the mold, cooled, cut into two layers and glued with cream. To do this, we only apply cream on the upper cake. The surface of the cake is made with jam or the remaining cream and sprinkled with oat flakes, which can also be mixed with chopped nuts.
