Ingredients for cooking dishes are very simple and accessible. Approximately half the pulp of pineapple is cut into large slices - the same as in the photo. The number of slices should be equal to the number of chicken pieces (I cut the whole chicken into 8 pieces - accordingly, cut 8 slices of pineapple). The rest of the pineapple is finely chopped. We put in the bowl of the blender crushed pineapple, garlic, ginger, hot pepper, sugar, soy sauce, salt and pineapple juice. We grind everything to homogeneity. We put the pieces of chicken into a suitable container, fill them with the resulting marinade from the blender. We put the chicken in the fridge to marinate. You can marinate and 2 hours, you can and night - do as you like. The longer the chicken will marinate - the more vivid the pineapple taste will be. When the chicken is marinated, it (without the marinade, however, do not pour the marinade yet, it is still useful) must be put in a baking dish, oiled. For each piece of chicken, put a slice of pineapple. Top with a sprinkle of this thing with paprika. We put the chicken in the oven, heated to 205 degrees, and bake until ready for about 1 hour. Approximately every 20 minutes, it is necessary to lightly water the chicken with the remaining marinade - so that the chicken does not dry out and remains juicy. A ready-to-serve chicken is served with a favorite side dish - as for me, rice is ideal here. Bon Appetit! :)
