See the fear in your eyes

Where does fear come from?
Are you afraid of anything in life? Most people will say yes, but someone may not know what fear is. Let's look fear into our eyes and try to understand what the word "fear" really means.

Fear is both physical and psychological. But it's better to go further and ask yourself what is fear in itself. Do you think that fear exists regardless of the circumstances or is it always connected with something? Please, pay attention to it, this is not a teaching or preaching, just a conversation, an attempt to consider this word in itself. You too can look at it, and the reality of this does not change. So, be careful and look: do you feel fear of something or fear at all? Yes, we are usually afraid of something: losing something, not having something, being afraid of the past, the future, and more, and this ... Please go further and see: we are afraid to live alone, afraid to be offended , we are afraid of old age, death, we are afraid of an evil colleague, we are afraid to get into a humiliating position or face a disaster. If to reflect - we also are afraid of illnesses and physical pain.

Do you realize your own fear? What it is? What is so horrible that we, people, are afraid of this? Because of this, that we all want to feel safe, physical and psychological, we want comprehensive protection, permanence? When something physically threatens us, our natural reaction is self-defense. Have you ever asked yourself what we are defending? When we physically defend ourselves, save ourselves, does fear or reason work?

If reason works, then why do not we act as instinctively in the case of internal, psychological fear?
Reason actually works ... "rationally." Therefore, when there is fear, you must understand that your mind is turned off - and be on the alert. That is, not to succumb to him or suppress him, but to observe how and when fear appears, without seeking explanations and justifications in the future or in the past.
Most people want to get rid of their fear, but they do not have enough understanding of its true nature. Let's look at the fear of death. Let's try to analyze what this means for us personally:
Is this the fear of the unknown? Fear of losing what we have and what will be lost? Fear for pleasures that we can no longer experience?
You can find many different real reasons for explaining why we experience the fear of death. And only one explanation is not good - the fear of death itself. It's impossible to be afraid of what you do not know ... And who knows what death is? Nevertheless, we all are afraid of it, one way or another.

Therefore, if a person is afraid of the unknown, it means that he already has some idea of this unknown. To understand what fear is, you need to understand what pleasures, pain, desire and how it all comes to life - and how we are afraid of losing it all. That is, fear as emotion in itself does not exist - it is a reaction to our idea that we can lose something or experience something that we do not like. Once a person understands the cause of fear - he disappears. Please just listen, try to understand, look into your soul - you will see how fear works, and free yourself from it.

Our advice to you: never be afraid for trifles or without good reasons. In order to stop being afraid, you should visit a psychoanalyst. He will be able to advise you on the best way to combat fear. You will cease to experience fear after several visits to the psychologist. Therefore do not pull, but go to the reception to a specialist.
