- mayonnaise - 1/2 cup
- seasoning Cajun - 1 1/4 Art. spoons
- ground beef - 600 Grams
- pepper, peeled from seeds and chopped - 1 Piece
- chopped white onion - 1/2 cup
- garlic - 1 tooth
- Sauce Worcestershire - 1 Teaspoon
- a slice of pepperjack cheese - 4 pieces
- a burger for a hamburger - 4 pieces
- lettuce leaves - 4 pieces
- slice of tomato - 4 pieces
Preheat the grill over medium heat. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise and 1 teaspoon of Cajun seasoning. Set aside. In a large bowl, mix the minced meat, pepper, onions, garlic, 1 tablespoon of Cajun seasoning and Worcestershire sauce. Divide into 4 parts and shape the cutlets. Slightly sprinkle with oil the surface of the grill and put the patties on the grill. Cook for 5 minutes on each side, or until fully prepared. In the last 2 minutes, lay out a piece of cheese on top of each cutlet. Lubricate the inside of each bun with mayonnaise. Put the cutlets on buns, on top of the lettuce and tomato.
