Preheat the grill over medium heat. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise and 1 teaspoon of Cajun seasoning. Set aside. In a large bowl, mix the minced meat, pepper, onions, garlic, 1 tablespoon of Cajun seasoning and Worcestershire sauce. Divide into 4 parts and shape the cutlets.
