- The dye should be poured into a large container, adding two liters of water. Dissolve the solution and cool to 45 degrees. At a higher temperature of the solution, the skin will shrink, its elasticity and strength will be lost.
- The jacket should be soaked in water for 2-3 hours beforehand. The skin should absorb moisture well. Poorly moistened areas may remain unpainted. If there is insufficient moisture, small bubbles will separate from the pores.
- Pour the dye into a large saucepan, putting a leather product there, but it must be wrung out and then periodically turned over. This will help evenly distribute the paint.
- After painting, wring out the skin and rinse. First in warm water, and then in a cool one. The flowing water must be transparent.
- To fix the paint, take a liter of water, add a glass of vinegar, and a tablespoon of salt. Place the jacket in the resulting solution. Next, squeeze the jacket, spread on the wooden surface with the skin up and let it dry.
