By and large, apples are combined with almost any meat: beef, pork, poultry and game. A tandem with lamb is doubtful, but what can not happen ?! It is interesting that the fruits themselves can be stuffed with meat, and then baked. For this purpose it is better to take sweet and sour varieties, such as antonovka. Ingredients:- Cream 150 ml
- Apple 3 pcs.
- Garlic 1 clove
- Thyme (Thyme) dry 0.25 tsp.
