Combination of chicken fillet with piles and grapes A simple dish with an exquisite combination of chicken fillet and grapes. This dish is a full-fledged second course, which does not require a garnish (they already own grapes), although as an option you can serve it with rice. White wine (sweet or semisweet) combines all the ingredients, and rosemary and lemon will bring such an unsurpassed bouquet of aromas that words can not convey! I recommend!
Ingredients:- Chicken breast 2 pcs.
- Light grapes 100 g
- Grapes dark 100 g
- Onion white 0.5 pcs.
- Lemon 0.3 pcs.
- White semi-sweet wine 100 ml
- Sunflower refined sunflower oil 4 tbsp. l.
- Sea salt 5 g
- Pepper black ground 2 pinch
- Rosemary dry 1 tsp.
- Step 1 To make chicken breast with grapes in white wine, we need 0.5 bulbs (you can take white or onion), 1/3 lemon, sweet or semisweet white wine, 2 chicken breasts, fresh or dry rosemary (preferably fresh), dark and light grapes, sunflower oil (or even better olive), spices.
- Step 2 Separate the grapes from the twigs and mine.
- Step 3 Chicken breast is sprinkled with salt and black pepper.
- Step 4 Fry the chicken breasts on the grill on both sides until the stripes appear. Inside, the meat can remain moist, not scary, since we will still stew it.
- Step 5 Chop onion, fry in oil.
- Step 6 Add some grapes.
- Step 7 Immediately lay out the circles of lemon.
- Step 8 Put on a minimal fire and fry for 5 minutes. We take out the mug of lemon - giving away its juice and flavor, they will not be needed any more.
- Step 9 Spread over the grapes fried earlier chicken breasts and pour in the wine. We make the fire average, let the wine evaporate about 3-5 minutes.
- Step 10 Add the rosemary, make the fire back minimal, cover with a lid and simmer until the meat is ready, periodically turning the breasts (about 15-20 minutes).
- Step 11 We serve the dish hot, naturally, with a glass of white wine!
