Prepare the ingredients. Wash the vegetables, pour the yogurt into a deep frying pan. Peel the cucumber from the skin and grate it on the grater (you can remove the seeds). Salt and leave for 10-15 minutes. Drain the liquid from the cucumber and add to a deep frying pan. Peel the garlic and crush it. Add to the skillet. Add finely chopped dill and season with white pepper. Add 1 tbsp. vinegar ... And 4 tablespoons. olive oil. Gently mix everything and place the mixture in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
