Cheese salad I want to share a family salad recipe, which, despite the lack of meat in it is very nutritious, delicious, moderately sharp and very loved by men. It perfectly fits both for a casual meal, and for a festive menu. It, like any salad, which includes wheat bread, it is better to fill it directly before serving. In addition, this salad can change its taste depending on what kind of cheese you prefer for it.
Ingredients:- Gouda cheese 200g
- Pickled cucumbers 4 pcs.
- Eggs of chicken 4 pcs.
- Baton 100 g
- Garlic 1 clove
- Sunflower refined sunflower oil 3 tbsp. l.
- Mayonnaise 2 tbsp. l.
- Step 1 To prepare a salad you will need: semi-hard cheese, pickled cucumbers, eggs, garlic, loaf, mayonnaise and frying oil.
- Step 2 Boil the eggs hard.
- Step 3 Meanwhile, grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
- Step 4 Cut the pickled cucumbers into cubes.
- Step 5 1 clove of garlic grate on a fine grater or squeeze out through a press.
- Step 6 Cut the loaf into cubes and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.
