- Chicken Breasts - 4 Pieces
- fresh basil leaves - 1/2 cup
- sun dried tomatoes - 8 pieces
- cloves of garlic - 2 pieces
- finely grated orange peel - 1 teaspoon
- mozzarella cheese - 60 Grams
- olive oil - 2 teaspoons
- salt and ground pepper - 1 To taste
Preheat the oven to 220 degrees. Fold the baking sheet with foil. With a knife, cut a slit in each chicken breast, neatly forming a pocket inside. Make sure that the knife does not come out on the other side. On the cutting board finely chop the basil, dried tomatoes, garlic, zest and mix with 1 teaspoon of salt and 1/4 teaspoon of pepper. Evenly distribute the mixture inside chicken breasts. Insert one piece of cheese into each chicken pocket. Close the pockets using 2-3 toothpicks, grease with olive oil, salt and pepper. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Allow chicken to cool for 5 minutes, remove toothpicks and serve.
