- Apricot jam - 1/2 cup (can be replaced with another jam)
- Balsamic vinegar - 1/4 Cups

Finely grate fresh ginger - should be about 1 tsp. ginger. We add to the ginger jam. Add salt, pepper and balsamic vinegar.
