Fritters from chicken fillet with mushrooms This version of a juicy and very tasty home-made dish is made in the form of small pancakes with the addition of fresh mushrooms. If desired, minced garlic and herbs - dried or fresh - are added to the mince. The smaller the meat and mushrooms are cut, the better. Pancakes are better to make a small size, so they can be turned more conveniently.
Ingredients:- Chicken fillet 350g
- Mushrooms champignons 200 g
- Onions 1 pc.
- Sour cream 2 tbsp. l.
- Eggs chicken 1 pc.
- Corn starch 1 tbsp. l.
- Salt 1 pinch
- Step 1 Prepare chicken fillet, mushrooms, onion, egg, starch, sour cream.
- Step 2 Wash the fillets, dry them and cut them into cubes as small as possible.
- Step 3 Add the washed and also finely chopped mushrooms.
- Step 4 Add the chopped chopped onion.
- Step 5 It remains to drive in the total weight of the egg, put sour cream, salt, necessary spices to taste and starch. Leave to stand in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Step 6 Fry in small portions on both sides in vegetable oil.
