Very tasty chicken drumsticks in the test I have long wanted to cook chicken drumsticks in a similar way, and now I think why I did not do this before !? Well, it would seem - fried shanks, baked puff pastry, and what? In fact, it turns out incredibly delicious, the juice from the chicken drumsticks impregnates the dough, which becomes so delicious and golden with the yolk, the meat itself is well baked, does not convey the words what delicious leaves, and the look, of course, is presentable. In general, it is very tasty, very unusual, I recommend unequivocally, nobody will remain indifferent!
Ingredients:- Chicken drumstick 5 pcs.
- Dough puff yeast 500 g
- Salt 1 tsp.
- Pepper black ground 3 pinch
- Sunflower refined sunflower oil 5 tbsp. l.
- Eggs chicken 1 pc.
- Step 1 To prepare chicken drumsticks baked in puff pastry, we will need pre-thawed ready-made yeast puff pastry, chicken drumsticks, egg yolk, salt, black ground pepper, refined sunflower oil.
- Step 2 Chicken drumsticks mine, dry with a towel, rub it with salt and sprinkle with black pepper.
- Step 3 Fry with a strong fire in a well-heated frying pan in a small amount of refined sunflower oil until golden brown.
- Step 4 Spread the fried shanks on a plate.
- Step 5 Finished puff yeast dough cut into thin strips. For one shin, we need about 2-3 strips. Just one shin will need 100 grams of dough, respectively, for 5 shanks take 500 grams of dough.
- Step 6 Each leg is wrapped in strips of dough spirally, slightly receding from the bone with a slight overlap of dough strips on each other.
- Step 7 Spread the prepared chicken drumstick in the parchment test for baking and on the baking sheet.
- Step 8 Do not cover the peeping parts of the shins wrapped in foil, and the dough is well lubricated with yolk.
- Step 9 Bake at 200 C in preheated oven for about 35-40 minutes - the dough should be well baked! We serve the table in hot, warm or cold form - it is delicious in any case!
