In this case, we offer a recipe for salad with chicken liver. Chicken liver salad is very complemented by apples and fresh crispy lettuce leaves that add juiciness and a new taste to the roasted liver. During cooking, it is important to fry the liver, but do not overdo it, apples should be juicy and sweet and sour. In the dressing there is curry, which is very interesting shades the tastes of other ingredients. As a result, you get a real snack, as the salad offered is quite substantial and can easily turn into a full garnish or an independent dinner!
Ingredients:- Chicken liver 400 g
- Apple 2 pcs.
- Salad green 1 beam
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp. l.
- Sunflower refined sunflower oil 2 tbsp. l.
- Salt 1 pinch
- Table vinegar 1 tbsp. l.
- Sunflower refined sunflower oil 3 tbsp. l.
- Water boiled 1 tbsp. l.
- Curry 1 tsp.
- Pepper black ground 1 pinch
- Salt 1 pinch
- Step 1 To prepare the salad, take the chicken liver, sweet and sour juicy apples, lettuce, vegetable oil and spices.
- Step 2 Chicken liver is washed, dried and fried in vegetable oil to a rosy color for 10-15 minutes, adding a pinch of salt.
- Step 3 Wash the apples and cut into thin strips, then sprinkle with lemon juice so they do not darken.
