- Dijon mustard - 1/2 cups
- honey - 1/2 cup
- lemon - 1/2 Pieces (juice)
- paprika - 1/2 teaspoonfuls
- salt - 1/2 teaspoonfuls
- red pepper - 1 pinch
- chicken breast - 6 pieces (without skin)
- bacon - 450 Grams
- cheddar - 1/2 cup
- rapeseed oil - 1 Piece
Ingredients: In a bowl, mix 1/2 cup Dijon mustard and 1/2 cup honey. Add 1/2 lemon juice, 1/2 teaspoon pepper and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Sprinkle with crushed red pepper. Beat the chicken breast with a mallet. Drown the chicken in the marinade. Allow to soak for about 2 hours. In a large frying pan fry the bacon. Fry chicken breast in fat from bacon. 2 minutes on each side will be enough. Lay the breasts on a baking sheet, cover each slice of bacon. Sprinkle with grated cheese. To send in an oven for 5-8 minutes.
