Chicken breast spread on a baking sheet, greased with olive oil. Salt, pepper, sprinkle with olive oil breast. Bake breasts at a temperature of 180 degrees until cooked. With ready-made breasts, we remove skins. Separate the meat from the bones. Chop the chicken into fairly large cubes. Mix chicken with finely chopped celery. There also add finely chopped green onions. There - dried cranberries and grapes cut in half grapes. Prepare the sauce: for this in a bowl we mix mayonnaise, curry powder, sugar and apricot jam. Beat whisk until uniform. We fill the salad with the resulting sauce. We mix it well. We add nuts. We mix and serve, decorating with fresh herbs. Bon Appetit! :)
