Fibrous Cellulite

It is generally believed that cellulite (in the common people - "orange peel" ) refers to the number of female diseases. This is due primarily to the peculiarities of the structure of the female body and the distribution of the fat layer under the skin. To a certain extent, cellulite is inherent in absolutely all women. Moreover, some scientists are convinced that the appearance of women in cellulite - this is quite normal, natural phenomenon.

There are several stages of this disease, which depend on the degree of metabolic disorders, as well as the duration of their development: adipose, edematous and fibrous cellulite stages.

Symptoms of fibrous cellulite
Fibrous cellulitis does not occur immediately, it is preceded by a sufficiently long period of the disease. Thus, at this stage, the symptoms of the disease already have a pronounced character and are not even visible with an armed eye. The skin shows dense visible irregularities, and touching them causes painful discomfort. In addition, the skin itself becomes flabby, not elastic. But the main distinguishing feature of this stage is the change in the shade of skin cells affected by cellulite: instead of natural pinkish color, the skin acquires a pale violet hue.

All of the above symptoms refer to the visible, but there are also hidden symptoms of fibrous cellulitis. These include irreversible changes occurring within the human body. Collagen fibers thicken, which leads to disruption of normal functioning and cell division due to pinching of neural bundles. In addition, oxygen metabolism in the subcutaneous tissue and skin tissues is also disturbed. Also, the fibrous stage of cellulitis can be accompanied by inflammatory processes, such as allergic manifestations on even the most harmless substances and furunculosis.

At home, fibrotic cellulite is not treated, so an early call to a doctor increases the chances of a full recovery.

Causes of development
At the moment, the reasons for the appearance of cellulite are not fully understood. It is known only that this problem can be both acquired and innate. Mainly, the appearance of cellulite is associated with a dysfunction of the lymphatic system, namely, stagnation of lymph. The lymph circulates through the vessels through muscular contractions, therefore, with a sedentary lifestyle, a disturbance of this circulation occurs.

In addition, the development of cellulite can also lead to a metabolic disorder caused by malnutrition and limited mobility. Often, the cause is a hormonal disorder (imbalance) associated with taking any medications or age-related disorders in women. It can also affect the appearance of "orange peel" and a depressive condition that stimulates the production of certain hormones in the body that contribute to the development of the disease.

Treatment of fibrotic cellulite
If the first two stages of cellulite (adipose and edematous) at home can be cured, fibrotic cellulite requires medical intervention. The treatment of this stage of cellulite is laborious and time-consuming. The use of special creams and masks, which have little penetrating power and affect only the surface layers of the skin, will not give any effect without the use of deep lymphatic drainage (manual or hardware). Here you need a whole complex of physiotherapy procedures.

To date, the most effective treatment of fibrous cellulitis is the use of phonophoresis - treatment with ultrasonic waves. This method is based on the combination of anti-cellulite cosmetics with ultrasound, which allows penetration of drugs into the deeper layers of the skin and affect fat cells and fibrous tissue. Such treatment leads to a reduction in the manifestations of cellulite and an improvement in the skin condition of the patient. One procedure takes no more than 20 minutes, and the complex consists of 5-15 sessions.
