Soup with homemade noodles
Necessary food for the dish:
- half a small chicken
- potatoes - 4-5 pcs.
- carrots - 1 pc.
- Bulgarian pepper - 1 pc.
- chicken egg - 1 pc.
- onions - 1 pc.
- flour - 1-2 cups
- black pepper, salt - at discretion
- Bay leaf
- parsley or dill
Cook soup:
- Collect half a five-liter pot of water. Wash the chicken and put in a container, put on the plate. When the foam appears, gently remove it with a noise, salt and pepper the broth, put a few laurel leaves.
- Boil the meat over low heat for an hour.
- Prepare homemade noodles: in a clean dry bowl, pour in the flour and add the egg yolk of one egg. Knead the dough, roll it on a table in a thin sheet, roll it with rolls and cut into rings with a thickness of 0.5 cm. Pour the noodles on the table to make it dry out a little.
- Peel and cut the potatoes into cubes. From the boiled broth, take out the meat and dip the potatoes there.
- Bulgarian pepper and onions with carrots should be washed, peeled, chopped and fried in butter until half cooked.
- Chicken the meat from the bones and tear them into pieces, then put them in the broth.
- Add the fried vegetables and homemade noodles to the soup. Allow it to boil for 10-15 minutes and turn off the hotplate.
- Pour the finished dish into plates, sprinkle with chopped herbs and serve. For beauty, you can put in half of each boiled egg.
Chicken soup with spices
You will need:
- fresh fillets of poultry - 400 g
- tomatoes in own juice - 400 g
- water - 600 g
- sunflower oil - 1 tbsp.
- garlic - 2 cloves
- salt - to taste
- chilli powder - 1 tsp.
- ground cumin - 1 tsp.
- green cilantro - a few twigs
- lime - half
- crisps from tortilla - 1 glass
Cooking method:
- In a deep frying pan or saucepan pour in the sunflower oil and put on medium heat.
- Chop the chicken fillet and garlic, put into a frying pan and pass for about 10 minutes.
- Add spices, salt, stir well and pour in the water.
- Cut the tomatoes and put them in the soup. Wait for the mixture to boil, then cover the container with a lid and cook over low heat for 10-15 minutes.
- Pour the prepared dish over the plates, decorating each serving with chopped cilantro, tortilla chips and a small lime slice.
Cream soup soup with chicken broth
This culinary creation has a delicate creamy consistency and has a pleasant mild taste.
For such soup you will need the following products:
- fresh chicken fillet - 300 g
- Wheat flour - 1 tbsp.
- Butter - 30-40 g
- celery - 50 g
- fatty cream - 200 g
- greenery
- Salt and pepper - at discretion
The recipe for cooking a tender soup-puree:
- Chicken fillet wash under the tap and cut into small cubes.
- Celery also carefully wash, peel, then chop.
- Put a deep frying pan or saucepan on the fire, pour in the oil and wait until it warms up.
- Put the food in a container and pat slowly over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
- After that, add chicken into the stewpan and pour in a third of the cream. Stew the mixture until meat is cooked.
- Next step, remove the container from the fire, place its contents in a blender and chop until the consistency of the paste. Then add the remaining cream and whisk again thoroughly.
- Prepare the cream soup in portions, sprinkle with chopped herbs and serve on the table.
