Ingredients:- Olive oil 50 ml
- Pepper black ground 1 pinch
- Bay Leaf 2 g
- Chicken breast 450g
- Leeks 200 g
- Carrot 250g
- Celery stems 400g
- A mixture of French herbs 10 g
- Broth chicken 2 l
- Long grain rice 400 g
- Lemon juice 120 ml
