Ingredients:- Papaya 200 g
- Chicken breast 2 pcs.
- Curry 4 tsp.
- Cayenne pepper 3 pinch
- Onions 1 pc.
- Salt 2 tsp.
- Olive oil 3 tbsp. l.
- Step 1 We need: papaya, chicken, onions and spices.
- Step 2 Chop the chicken breast with squares and generously season with salt, chili and curry.
- Step 3 We clear the papaya from the grains and peel and cut into small cubes.
- Step 4 Cut the onion.
- Step 5 Fry the onion in olive oil until it is clear.
- Step 6 Add the chicken to the onions and fry until golden brown for about 5 minutes.
- Step 7 Put the papaya in the pan, add a little water and simmer on low heat under the lid for about 20 minutes until it is ready. Bon Appetit!
