Ingredients:- Chicken fillet 500g
- Soy sauce 4 tbsp. l.
- Sunflower refined sunflower oil 3 tbsp. l.
- Fresh ginger 2 tsp.
- Sesame White 2 tbsp. l.
- Step 1 To cook the chicken you need ginger, soy sauce and vegetable oil.
- Step 2 Chicken fillets are washed, drained and cut into medium pieces.
- Step 3 Ginger root rubbed on grated - to make 1 tbsp. pulp.
- Step 4 Combine the vegetable oil, ginger, soy sauce and sesame seeds.
- Step 5 Put the chicken in the marinade, mix it well and put it in the refrigerator for the night.
- Step 6 Preheat the frying pan and fry the marinated chicken on it.
- Step 7 Fry the fillets to a ruddy color over medium heat. Serve with vegetables or rice.
