Leg in soy sauce I propose to try a very simple recipe of baked ham, which always turn out juicy and tender. Thanks to soy sauce, chicken meat acquires oriental notes, honey caramelizes a golden crust, and ketchup gives a sweet-salty combination of the missing sourness. Chicken meat does not need to be salted, thanks to soy sauce, the chicken is perfectly salted, as if it absorbs as much salt as you need. Marinade from soy sauce of honey and ketchup turns into a full-fledged sauce-gravy, which you can pour garnish.
Ingredients:- Chicken thigh 3 pcs.
- Chicken drumstick 3 pcs.
- Soy sauce 70 ml
- Honey 30 g
- Ketchup 50 ml
- Step 1 For cooking, you will need: chicken thighs and shins, soy sauce, honey and ketchup.
- Step 2 Chicken thighs rinse under running water and cut into portioned chunks.
- Step 3 In a small bowl, combine the marinade ingredients: soy sauce, honey and ketchup, stir until the honey dissolves.
- Step 4 Put pieces of chicken into the mold for baking the skin down, as in the future you will need to turn the pieces.
- Step 5 Pour the chicken with the marinade and put in the oven, preheated to 200 C.
- Step 6 After 25 minutes, take out the chicken and flip each piece.
- Step 7 After another 25 minutes, the baked chicken in soy sauce with honey and ketchup is ready. The sauce remaining during baking can be poured into a gravy dish and served in a garnish.
