Children's crafts from plasticine

Plasticine - this is all the material known from childhood, from which we molded everything that comes to mind. Originally plasticine was made from a very fine purified clay powder, which added animal fats, wax, as well as other components that did not allow the clay to solidify. Now in plasticine is added polyvinyl chloride, rubber, high molecular weight polyethylene. The use of clay in the development of the child is very important. This allows you to develop imagination, hand coordination and motor skills, the ability to think logically and create three-dimensional models.

Which clay to choose

Now on the market there are a lot of brands of plasticine, which have different properties, depending on the technology used by manufacturers. The quality of crafts made of plasticine directly depends on the material. Good plasticine should be: elastic, it is good to go for a drive in hands or on a table, it can be given any shape. The plasticine product should keep its shape well and do not disintegrate into elements. In addition, plasticine should not: contain harmful dyes and components, smell of sharp smells, crumble and stick to your hands, but it should be well washed off with soap and water. For older children, who are interested not only in making a toy with their own hands, but also in preserving it, it is possible to make a special plasticine, which eventually freezes.

Crafts

From plasticine you can make any children's crafts: animals, people, draw pictures and even make cartoons.

Giraffe

Take the yellow plasticine and roll the ball out of it. Then the ball is stretched out so that a torso with a long neck turns out. We roll a small ball, from which we will make a head. We attach an egg shape to the ball, and the narrow end is made longer and longer - it's a head with a muzzle. We take orange and brown plasticine, roll small balls, flatten and glue to the body - these will be stains on the giraffe. In the same way do the giraffe ears, eyes and, if necessary, language. For legs we roll 4 small sausages out of plasticine, we attach brown hooves to them. The legs are attached to the body. It remains to attach the tail with a brush, horns and squeeze out two holes for the spout.

Hedgehog

From the brown plasticine we roll the egg. From the narrow side, we make an elongation in the form of a spout. We make a small black ball on it. This will be the tip of the spout. We make a cut with the knife - the mouth. For the ears we roll small balls and flatten them. We attach eyes and a small tail in the form of an oval log. Needles will have to tinker with. For this we roll a very thin sausage and cut from it the same length of brusochki. On one side, we make the brusks sharp, and attach the obtuse side to the trunk. To long not fuss, needles can be made from small small seashells brought from the sea.

Cockerel

To make a plastic child of this kind, you need to roll a trunk in the shape of an egg from a yellow plasticine. Then from red color roll small balls and make with their help a scallop rooster. From orange we roll a small stick, slightly bend it, giving it the shape of a beak. For the wings we make two identical sausages and flatten them, we get an elongated oval. For the feet, we do the same, only from orange plasticine. On the paws and wings make small incisions. All the parts are attached to the body. We make a tail like this. We take 3-4 colors of plasticine and roll thin sausages, fasten together from one end and attach to the trunk. From white and black, we make the eyes of the cockerel. All the cockerel is ready.

Snail

For the trunk, we take plasticine of the color you like and roll it out of the sausage. We form the body of the cochlea - elongated, slightly flattened. From the same color make a head - just roll the ball. Do not make her eyes and antennae. Rotik cut out a knife from the set. For the shell we take a different color of plasticine and roll a long, small thickness of sausage. Then he rolls it into a circular spiral and fastens it to the body. We fix the head. The snail is ready.

Occupation of plasticine is very exciting. Your child will sit and create for hours, and in the meantime you can do business.
