Berries thoroughly rinsed and sorted. Sugar is filled with water, put on a stove and boiled. When the syrup begins to boil, pour our berries into it. Berries in syrup cook on low heat for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove the jam from the fire and grate it through a sieve to get rid of pits and skins. Shredded jam is sent back to the pan and cook for another 5-8 minutes over low heat. Jem will not get too thick - it should be so. Then the hot syrup is poured over sterilized jars, close and put in a cool place. In a few hours, jam in the jars will solidify and get the right consistency.
