Chocolate muffins

1. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees. Sprinkle with oil a muffin mold with 18 compartments. Mix flour, sugar and salt. Set aside. 2. In a separate bowl, mix buttermilk, eggs, soda and vanilla extract. Set aside. 3. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the cocoa powder and mix until homogeneous. Pour boiling water, allow to stand for several seconds, then turn off the fire. 4. Pour the chocolate mixture onto the flour mixture. Mix. Pour the egg mixture and mix until smooth. 5. Pour 1/4 cup of dough into each compartment of the muffin mold. Spread 1 candy in the center of each keksika. You can add 3 canned pitted cherries to each compartment before pouring the dough. 6. Bake the muffins for 20 minutes.
