Potato Diet and Its Utility

Careful study of potatoes showed that it is rich in amino acids, necessary for the body to build protein molecules, and carbohydrates, irreplaceable sources of energy. High content of pectins in it, suppressing the activity of harmful microorganisms, eliminating toxins, metabolic products and excess cholesterol. They normalize the activity of the gastrointestinal tract and intestinal peristalsis, restore the intestinal microflora. Ascorbic acid, contained in potatoes, improves metabolism, strengthens the walls of blood vessels. Baked potatoes are saturated with potassium, which strengthens the heart muscle.

Potato is necessary for the normalization of metabolic processes, intestinal work, cardiovascular system, arterial pressure, brain and mental state (uplift).

You see how many useful properties the potato has! However, it does not contain all the substances necessary for normal life, so long-term observance of the potato diet is harmful. Four-day potato diet

This diet is stiff and short. Long dieting in this version causes significant damage to the body. But in a day you can lose about 0.5 kilograms. However, do not forget that with a lot of excess weight, too, and a lot of excess fluid that is output during such diets. The elimination of the body from excess water will improve metabolic processes. If you follow the rational nutrition in the future, fatty deposits also leave, that is, you need to limit the intake of animal fats and digestible carbohydrates.

Such a diet consists of potatoes in uniform for breakfast, lunch and dinner. For breakfast you can drink a glass of yogurt. For lunch, you need to eat 200 grams of milk-diluted mashed potatoes. Salt can be replaced with herbs: dill, parsley and green onions. For dinner, you need to eat a potato salad, consisting of two medium-sized potatoes, boiled eggs, greens and vinegar. It is necessary to drink more water (but not juices).

Seven-day potato diet

Potatoes should also be cooked in a uniform. Every day you need to eat a kilogram of potatoes for 5-6 receptions. Instead of salt it is allowed to season with greens (dill, parsley, green onions). Drink the usual or mineral (but in large quantities it delays water in the body) water, green tea without sugar. To make variety in the diet, you can eat vegetables (stewed cabbage, cabbage) and unsweetened fruits (sour apples and berries). You can afford a little kefir, low-fat cottage cheese and hard cheese.

This diet should be observed for about two weeks. During this time you can lose weight by 7 kg.
