- white granulated sugar - 1/4 cup
- ground cinnamon - 3 teaspoons
- Butter - 3/4 Cups
- banana - 6 pieces (knead)
- sour cream bank - 1 piece
- Vanillin - 2 Teaspoons
- salt - 1/2 teaspoonfuls
- baking soda - 3 teaspoons
- flour - 21.5 cups
- walnut - 1 cup
Preheat the oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit (150 degrees C). Lubricate the pan with oil or margarine. In a small bowl, combine 1/4 cup of white sugar and one teaspoon of cinnamon. Sprinkle the baking sheet with the powder obtained. In a large bowl, combine butter and 3 cups of sugar. Add eggs and mashed banana, sour cream, vanillin and cinnamon. Then add salt, baking soda and flour. Stir in all the ground walnuts. Put the dough into a pre-cooked baking sheet and bake for 1 hour.
