Not a single Ukrainian educational institution is listed there. There is nothing to be surprised: Moscow State University. M. Lomonosov and St. Petersburg State University, for example, ranked 155th and 168th places in the "Time" rating in 2009 (although in the Shanghai rating of the Moscow State University it stands on the honorary 77th). But since we live, study and work in Ukraine, we need our own landmarks, and they, fortunately, are. For example, 107 educational institutions have the status of national, and this is something. According to Nikolai Fomenko, the head of the monitoring department of the Ministry of Education, many of these educational institutions compete on equal terms with the best European universities. Since the objectivity and completeness of the Top-200 rating from year to year is a scientific discussion in the same Mirror of the Week, and the Compass rating evaluates only some of the training profiles, it is probably necessary to compare them and draw their own conclusions.
In addition to information on the choice of the type of educational institution, it would be useful to publish information about the worst, in which time and money will be wasted. Unfortunately, such ratings do not exist, at least because their compilers would have to sue continuously. Educational universities, closing official ratings, are by far not the worst in Ukraine, since they passed the initial selection.

The Employment Center or Career Center in the university is absent or exists purely formally. There are no vacancies on message boards, there are no reports of presentations, internships, joint projects with employers.
The library does not have access to modern scientific publications (in particular, magazines, novelties of the publishing market).
There is no mention of participation in international or joint scientific programs (for example, in the Tempus / Tacis program) on the website of the educational institution.
There is not a single training course in English.
The website of the Ministry of Education indicates that this institution is deprived of accreditation for certain specialties.
You can not provide information about the scientific activities of teachers, the participation of students in international olympiads.
