- banana - 1 piece (medium)
- canned pineapples - 200 Grams
- vanilla yoghurt - 200 milliliters
- orange juice - 1 cup
- orange slices - 1 piece (for decoration)
1. Banana peeled, chopped. Put in packages (plastic bags) and place in the freezer for 2 hours. 2. Place the ingredients in the blender container. 3. Mix at maximum speed for about 1 minute. Divide into portions and decorate the glasses with orange slices, fixing them on the edge.
