Unusual garnish This garnish is very popular in Turkey, Israel, Jordan, and in our open spaces has got a lot of fans! Even if you are not fans of rice or vermicelli cooked in the traditional way - this option is sure to appreciate! At first I somehow cautiously reacted to such a combination of products, then became intresno, and in the end was just delighted! Very tasty, very! The garnish will perfectly suit to many dishes, even just with a vegetable salad will be wonderful! I will cook more and recommend you to try it!
Ingredients:- Long grain rice 200 g
- Vermicelli small 150 g
- Butter 100 g
- Salt 1.5 tsp.
- Pepper black ground 0.5 tsp.
- Paprika sweet ground 1 tsp.
- Water 750 ml
- Step 1 To make rice with noodles, we need rice, a thin fine vermicelli (such as "spider"), butter, salt, black ground pepper, paprika (add from me), water.
- Step 2 First of all, pour the rice with cold water. We put the water to boil. In a frying pan, melt the butter over low heat.
- Step 3 When the oil is melted, pour out the vermicelli.
- Step 4 Mix and fry vermicelli over medium heat.
- Step 5 It should become golden, even light brown. Watch carefully so that the vermicelli does not burn!
- Step 6 Rinse the rice and pour it out to fried vermicelli.
- Step 7 Stir and about 2 minutes fry.
- Step 8 Add the salt, black pepper and paprika. Stirring.
- Step 9 Fill with boiling water to cover rice with vermicelli for 1.5 fingers. Cover the lid, let the water boil, reduce heat and simmer on a very slow fire until ready (about 25 minutes).
- Step 10 Remove the lid, stir. If necessary, you can add a little more water and protect it before it is evaporated. My rice was ready in 25 minutes. We serve the table as a garnish. The cooled rice with noodles was no less tasty!
