- fatty kefir - 1 glass
- water - 1 glass
- dill - 1 piece (bundle)
- Ground walnuts - 3 Art. spoons
- spices - - To taste (salt, pepper, dried paprika, asafoetida)
Prepare the necessary ingredients. Dill should be a lot. Here it plays the role of a separate component, not a seasoning. Cucumbers cut into small cubes, chop the walnuts with a blender, finely chop dill. Next, mix kefir and water, add spices and mix thoroughly with a halo.
